Step 1

Edit existing ICAR:

In the Main Menu, click the Root Cause Analysis/ Corrective Action Review function

Step 2

Select the ICAR number

Click the Review ICAR function to bring up the ICAR entry form.

Step 3

In the ICAR entry form, change the previous entered data.

Click the Close button to close this form.
