Add Files to Bookshelf

Step 1

1)     enter document number

2)      After entering a document number, a file selecting window will appear.

 

Note: if Document Number is not applicable, leave the field blank.

User can double Click the blank field to bring the file selecting window.

 

Step 2

1) Select the file that you want to add the bookshelf,

2) Click Open to save the info of the file to system.

 

 

Step 3

1)      After select the file, the Document Name and Location will be filled in.

2)      Enter the rest of the fields accordingly.

Note:

The Document Name and Location can be manually filled in also.
